Having always played team sports and enjoyed training, I thought I had a pretty good knowledge of training regimes. How wrong could I have been?
Having spent years in various gyms, I decided to try a personal training session with Holly when I transferred gym memberships to The Club @ Chilworth Manor.
From the outset I was impressed with the professional approach adopted by Holly. We started with a food and drink diary, and then entered into a specifically designed programme to achieve the goals I had set.
It is now coming up for three years since we started the odyssey and I still look forward to the weekly torture! Holly has maintained my enthusiasm by regularly revisiting goals and setting new targets. I am provided with tailored training programmes, which are altered on a regular basis and adjusted to take account of injuries.
I would thoroughly recommend Holly to anyone who is serious about achieving fitness goals, whatever they may be.
