Holly Bayliss - Director

Prior to commencing her career as a personal trainer, Holly's background was in dance and the performing arts. Holly is able to draw on this background in devising her client's training sessions. 


Whether for fitness, weight loss, sports specific training, injury rehabilitation or just general health maintenance, Holly has been working with clients now for over 10 years and her knowledge and  experience drives the studio and the personal trainers who work within Alchemy.

Poppy Eady-Gosling -  Head Personal Trainer


Prior to training as a personal trainer, Poppy's background was in playing sports and keeping fit. She is currently part of the Trojans rugby team and also has a passion for boxing. She is committed to helping others live a more healthy and lifestyle. Poppy has worked at Alchemy for 4 years now and works closely with Holly (Director) in devising creative and innovative sessions.

Jack White - Personal Trainer


Prior to becoming a personal trainer, Jack’s background was in sports; playing football and golf. His personal belief is that fitness should be fun. Through a combination of strength training, boxing, kettlebells and other forms of high intensity exercise, Jack aims to ensure everyone reaches their fitness goals effectively and enjoyably.

Helen Jenkins Pilates and Barre Instructor

Prior to commencing her Pilates qualification, Helen’s background was in customer service and well being.
She designs her classes at beginner to intermediate level with adaption and progression to meet her clients needs.
Helen has always had a keen interest in fitness and dance.
She holds a first aid certificate and is a Cimspa practitioner. 


Claire Crocker Personal Trainer 

After a weight loss journey and then hitting her target weight Claire found her passion for fitness. Through group HIIT training and weight resistance exercising she has maintained her weight which led her to becoming a personal trainer and wanting to help others on their fitness journey. Claire is passionate about promoting a  healthy lifestyle and helping others to love exercise and reaching their goals.
